Items are fullfilled in the order of when orders are placed. We do not go out of order.
ANY LOST PACKAGES OR PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED MUST GO THROUGH USPS. YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND ASK FOR GPS GEOLOCATION TO FIND WHERE YOUR PACKAGE WAS DROPPED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS ONCE THEY ARE IN POST OFFICE HANDS. WE DO NOT WORK FOR POST OFFICE.
Our current turnaround time is 5-7 business days for patches & 10-14 business days for shirt and hat orders. Our business days are Monday-Thursday excluding weekends, holidays & vacation. Please allow yourself time in advance when purchasing with us. We will not accept any orders that are needed within 1 weeks time and expected to be rushed. We will be more than happy to refund you at any time for any unfilled orders that may not met your deadlines.
Replacements/Refunds are only done when it is an error on the shop's part. You must: Contact us immediately within 48hrs of delivery BEFORE pressing, washing or wearing If an item arrives damaged or any missing items. We cannot offer any resolution if item is washed or altered in any way.
For sanitary reasons, all hats and shirts are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, returns, or exchanges unless the shop made an error with your order.

YOU WILL NEED A COMMERCIAL HEAT PRESS/CLAM SHELL STYLE PRESS TO ADHERE THESE PROPERLY. NO IRON! NO CRICUT PRESS! NO COVER SHEET NEEDED FOR EMBROIDERED PATCHES, SHEET IS NEEDED WHEN PRESSING SEQUINS STYLE PATCHES. THEW WILL NOT WORK WITH AN IRON OR CRICUT AS THEY NEED LOTS OF PRESSURE AND HEAT TO ADHERE PROPERLY FOR LONG TERM USE AND QUALITY ITEMS. WE RECOMMEND TO PRESS AT 385 DEGREES FOR 14 SECONDS BUT EACH PRESS IS DIFFERENT SO TEST YOUR TEMPS WITH A HEAT GUN AND PRESS TIMES THAT WORK FOR YOUR PRESS AS TEMP TIMES CAN VARY. CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN FOR THESE JUST LIKE ANY DELICATE ITEMS YOU WOULD WASH. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USER ERROR OR NOT FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS.
