ABLNco has blossomed from a one woman show into a fully function patch apparel boutique that focuses on unique and custom made items. That being said, our standard shipping time is 7 Business Days at most from your order date. We try to be as transparent as possible with our expected shipping time frame. Holidays do not go into account for the turn around time. We are a growing shop and we will try our best to cut down time as much as we can!

- What does this mean?
** It will advance your order processing time to 24hrs - 48hrs from when orders are placed. That means it will be packed within the timeframe during our normal buisness hours 9am - 4pm EST. Please consider that orders placed after the time frame may push it over to the next business day. We will ONLY be shipping by USPS Priority Mail. This will ensure orders at a faster shipping turn around time & method.

- Please take Note
**If you choose not to rush or super rush your orders, we only use USPS Ground Mail. This will include our current shop's turn around time & the time it takes for USPS to get the order delivered to you. We are not responsible for the shipping time frame once it is out of our hands and in the routes of USPS!

Refund policy NO REFUNDS/RETURNS AT ANY TIME WITH PATCH ORDERS. 

Replacements: Contact us immediately within 48hrs of delivery BEFORE pressing, washing or wearing If an item arrives damaged or any missing items. We cannot offer any resolution if item is washed or altered in any way. We do not replace or refund any items that are pressed or used at any time. In the case of missing or replacing items that may be incorrect you must contact us within 48hrs of receiving your package. 

- Custom items are not eligible for refunds.
