- Contact us immediately within 48hrs of delivery BEFORE pressing, washing or wearing If an item arrives damaged or any missing items.
- We cannot offer any resolution if item is washed or altered in any way.
- If a replacement is warranted you will need to ship the original back to us with tracking before a replacement is sent.
To prevent shipping delays, If an item runs out of stock at time of your order being processed, we will automatically issue a refund for that item and ship the rest of your order. You must refer to order summary to see what was refunded.
- To ensure all packages ship without delay, we do not email to offer replacements or wait for a response before shipping.
- Please note that if you choose to reorder the item once it is back in stock, standard shipping fees will apply to the new order.
