Here at ABLN co, we try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible!

PLEASE NOTE! Our Shop is strictly made to order. We sell locally and on all other social media platforms. Our current turnaround time is 7-10 business days at times due to inventory. Please allow yourself time in advance when purchasing with us. We try our best to work with every customer!

With that said, we understand that returning items that don't work for you as well as you'd hope will happen, so we want to make sure our return policy is easy to follow as possible!  If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it out of the box, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 24hrs of delivery for returns or else 48hrs for store credit. Custom items or any customization per request by you are NON REFUNDABLE!

When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers. 

  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer. Return shipping charges will not be refunded or included in store credit. 
  • Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit expires in 30 days.
  • Returns must be post marked within 24hrs of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 24hrs of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back. 
  • Clothing must be unwashed, unworn, free of damage & have original tags attached. 
  • Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Giftcard via email when your Return is processed. It will be sent to the email address you have on file.  
  • Certain merchandise, such as gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.  
  • Cancellation Policy

    We are unable to cancel any orders more than 48 hours after the order has been placed. The customer is also responsible for shipping costs.
