SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
PROCESSING TIME:
This is the time it takes for us to pull and pack your order. Items are fullfilled in the order of when orders are placed. We do not go out of order.
NO RUSH PROCESSING AT ANY TIME.
Our current processing time is 7 business days for patches & 14 business days for completed shirts, completed hats and any custom orders.
To prevent shipping delays, If an item runs out of stock at time of your order being processed, we will automatically issue a refund for that item and ship the rest of your order. You must refer to order summary to see what was refunded.
To ensure all packages ship without delay, we do not email to offer replacements or wait for a response before shipping.
Please note that if you choose to reorder the item once it is back in stock,standard shipping fees will apply to the new order.
Processing time DOES NOT include transit time. Transit time is determined by USPS Ground delivery and your location. We have no control over this. You must allow processing time PLUS transit time before inquiring about order updates.
OUR business days are Monday-Thursday. We are closed Friday-Sunday, holidays and vacation time.
Please allow yourself time in advance when purchasing with us. We ask to please do not place any order needed within 1 weeks time. We will not be able fulfill or rush any orders placed for that timeframe as we state above or processing timeframe as this also does not take into account ship time with the courier. NO exceptions. We do not refund for failing to read over our policies.
Keep in mind we have hundreds of orders placed daily across 4 platforms so we do not offer rush shipping and no order is more important than the next.

TRANSIT TIME:
Transit time is determined by USPS and your location. We have no control over this.
No rush shipping at any time!
Please check your shipping address before checking out. WE DO NOT CHANGE ANY ADDRESS INFORMATION ONCE ORDER IS PLACED. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT POST OFFICE AND HAVE IT REROUTED.
For any lost packages or packages marked delivered but not received you must go through your local USPS to located your package. You must ask for GPS geolocation to find out where they dropped off your package. We are not responsible for packages once they are in post office hands and marked delivered.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY ARRIVAL DATES.

We are not responsible for the shipping time frame once it is out of our hands and in the routes of USPS!
You will need to allow the processing time of 7 business days Monday-Thursday PLUS USPS Ground Mail transit times given for your package to be delivered.
Any inquiries about package updates before allowing the timeframes will not be answered. If it is outside of the processing timeframe and transit time please message us.

PATCH APPLICATION
Patch Pressing Instructions:
You will need an industrial heat press/clam style press/hat press to adhere these properly. NO IRON! NO CRICUT PRESS!
This will not adhere properly with a home iron or cricut press as our patches require high pressure and high heat for long lasting quality products.
We recommend to press at 385 degrees for 15 seconds BUT each heat press is different so you will need to test your temps with a heat gun and press times that work for you as each can vary. These are guidelines that work for our heat press. Your press time and heat may vary. Care should be taken for these just like any delicate items. We are not responsible for user error or not following instructions, guidelines or recommendations. Again these are temps/times that works for US.
Washing Instructions:
Please do not wash hats. Spot treat only.
For completed patch shirts it is recommended to hand wash inside out, cold water, line dry. IF you machine wash use delicate cycle, cold water, no bleach or fabric softener, line dry. These are guidelines that work for us however we are not responsible for any items once worn and washed. NO REFUNDS AT ANY TIME.
